Cornwall-Lebanon Calendar

The Cornwall-Lebanon School District (CLSD) mails a physical calendar to all staff and students each school year. Within each calendar lists individual school events on every day, high school athletics each month, and has many photos of students throughout all the pages. This calendar is a great way to stay organized with what’s going on at school so that you don’t miss any potential upcoming events.

Colortech designed, printed, and mailed 15,000 calendars for the 2023-24 school year. We have done so in years past as well! To put this together, we worked closely with a CLSD representative on which events would go on which day. The district also emphasizes the importance of representation from each school. With that, we carefully looked through and placed all photos, with not many from one school taking up one month. We will also thoroughly examine each date and make copy edits when necessary.

All in all, putting a calendar with this much detail together can take about a month of intricate design work. It can then take up to 10 business days for printing, processing, and mailing. We therefore recommend leaving plenty of time if you want to create something similar for your own business!

Because of the sheer number of calendars printed, we would run these on our offset press. Calendars are typically printed on a glossy stock, usually 80 lb, but there are many options you can go with!
