Core Values Postcards

American Crane emphasizes the importance of its core values to their employees in order to carry out its vision as a company. It is determined to remain an overhead lifting company “most respected for its people and products” while putting “perseverance, heart & integrity into everything they do.” Some of their core values include:

• Keep it Simple
• Have Integrity
• Build Quality
• Communicate Well

Every month, American Crane highlights a core value to serve as a theme for that time. Throughout 2022, part of their internal marketing was attributed to these values. Colortech designed and printed postcards for each of these months along with an accompanying sticker. These stickers could be placed on top of the postcard or be entirely separate. Given to each employee, these were meant to call attention to company values and encourage employees to reflect on them on a daily basis.
