Do you offer CASS Certification and NCOA Link(National Change of Address)?

What happens to undeliverable mail? Can I request that it will be returned to me?
By providing the standard service of running the mail list throught the Move Update database, this should eliminate the majority of the underliverable addresses. But to catch all of them, just tell customer service to add an endorsement line (i.e. Return Service Requested) on each mail piece. When doing a First Class mailing, this service is free. When doing a Standard mailing you will be charged for each piece being returned. The fee itself will be determined by what type of endoresement, where is it being returned from and/or the weight. Do you tab and wafer seal?
Yes we can tab and wafer seal mailings. There are specifications for tab and wafer seal placements on letter size mail pieces to receive the automation rate. View 201b.

Should a return address be included on my mail piece?
It is suggested. Including a return address enables returned mail to be delivered directly to you instead of Colortech after each mailing. First class mail is returned free of charge. Standard Mail is not forwarded unless you use an Ancillary Service Endorsement and pay additional fees for those forwarded and returned pieces.

What are the benefits to using First Class mail?
First Class offers a lower postcard rate, it gets there faster, and automatically includes return of mail if the recipient has moved. (Please note that in order for undelivered mail to be returned to you, it MUST include your return address.)

Is there a way to make my mail peice more durable and stand out?
Yes! We can put UV coating on the mail piece. This coating enhances the quality of the printed product by providing protection against friction and fading, making it more durable. UV coating is the most desirable finish on the market today for an ultra high gloss finish that protects and enhances the look of any printed piece. Colors are brighter and the finish will last longer than uncoated pieces.
